The time had come to replace this weather beaten old roof with a new 30 year dimensional shingle.Rain storms produced leaks, winter risked ice build up and with the potential of ice dams- but worse was the worry of doing nothing.
The homeowner was comfortable with asphalt shingles. They are known to be durable- especially in North East Ohio. The snow, rain and wind takes a terrible toll on weakened structures.
The only issue was who to call? Some offered attractive prices but the skilled labor was missing. Others offered exceptional service- but the wait time was ridiculous !
Replacing a roof is an investment in the home. A contractor who was reasonably priced with a great reputation was needed.
We are happy to have received the call.The whole house and garage was replaced in two days.
